April 4, The Iran Project The following lists all the agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) signed between Iran and other countries in political, economic and military related fields. Ordered by time, it also may not include all of the cooperation agreements. In total, Iran signed over 50 cooperation agreement with more than 30 countries in the Iranian year of 1397 (2018-2019).

March 27 - Tehran-Ashgabatsign 13 pacts, MoUs to boost bilateral ties
Iran and Turkmenistan signed 13 cooperation documents and memoranda of understanding in the presence of the presidents of the two neighboring countries in Ashgabat.
March 28 - Iran, Azerbaijan sign 8 cooperation pacts
Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan signed eight cooperation documents.The documents were signed in the first day of President Hassan Rouhanis visit to Azerbaijan following intensive negotiations between delegations from both countries headed by President Rouhani and President Aliyev.
April 7 - Iran, Turkey sign new agreement on food industries
Seyyed Mohammad Reza Mortazavi, the President of the Confederation of Iranian Food Industry Associations and Fahrettin Poyraz, the Head of the Turkish Central Union of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives signed a food agreement between Iran and Turkey.
April 17 - Iran, Oman to exchange judicial missions
Iran and Omansigned an agreement to exchange legal and judicial delegations to expand bilateral relations.
April 19 - Iran, Iraq signs technical cooperation agreement
Irans Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics and Iraqi Ministry of Communications signed a technical and specialized cooperation agreement.

Irans National Petrochemical Company (NPC) and the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for construction of a petrochemical park in Iran by Chinese companies.
April 28 - Iran-Turkey sign 5 MoUs on sale of aviation industry products
Iran and Turkey signed 5 Memorandums of Understanding on the sale of various types of aviation products on the sidelines of 2018 Eurasia Airshow in Antalya, Turkey.
April 28 - RIPI signs LNG deal withFortune
The Research Center of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for Chinas Fortune Company and a domestic investor for designing and construction of a 500,000-ton LNG plant.
May 4 - Iran, Iraqi Kurdistan sign economic MoU
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) on economic ties development was signed between Iran and Iraqi Kurdistan region.
May 5 - Iran, the Netherlands sign 2 MoU
Iran and the Netherlands signed two memoranda of understanding during the second meeting of the Joint Agriculture Commission which ended in the Hague.
May 7 - Iran, Spain ink oil deal
The international department of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum signed a memorandum of understanding with the representative board of Spanish firms in Tehran with the aim of enhancing oil and gas relations.
May 13 - Iran, Sri Lanka sign 5 cooperation agreements
Iran and Sri Lanka signed five agreements on mutual cooperation in various areas in a ceremony in Tehran.
May 17 - NISOC, Pergas sign HOA for developing Iran oilfield
The National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) and Pergas Consortium signed heads of agreement for developing Irans Karanj Oilfield under the newly-devised model of oil contracts.
May 19 - Iran, Eurasia sign agreement on preferential trade
Agreement on preferential trade between Iran and member countries of Eurasia Economic Union was signed in Astana, capital of Kazakhstan, in presence of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Shariatmadari.
May 20 - Iran, Greece sign MoU on transport cooperation
Director General for Transit and International Transport in Irans Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization (IRMTO) Reza Nafisi acknowledged about signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on transport cooperation between Iran and Greece.

Iran and Bulgaria labour ministerssigned a memorandum of understanding in various fields, including transfer of specialized and skilled Iranian workforce to eastern European country.
June 11 - Iran, China to use national currencies in trade exchanges
Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance (MEAF) Masoud Karbasian said, under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) inked between Iran and China, the two countries will use their local currencies in trade exchanges.
June 11 - Iran, China sign 4 MoUs to expand bilateral coop.
The signing was carried out in front of the Iranian President Rouhani and Chinese President Xi Jinping in the Chinese port city of Qingdao where the two-day Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit was held.

The Islamic Republic of Iran and Austria signed four memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to further broaden economic cooperation between the two countries.
July 18 - Iran signs customs MoUs with Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan
The Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) signed memoranda of understanding with Azerbaijan Republic and Nakhchivan in a bid to promote and ease trade with them.

An agreement of cooperation on food research was signed between officials of two Iranian and Dutch universities.

The National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC)signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with an Iraqi company for carrying out drilling operations and repair oil wells in Basra and Az Zubeir oilfields.

September 25 - Iran, France sign MoU on transfer of tire production know-how
A memorandum of understanding was signed between Iran and France under which the European country will transfer the technical know-how of tire production to the Islamic Republic.

December 19 - Iran, Saudi Arabia sign MoU on next year major Hajj
