Nicaraguan first lady in a message addressed to his Iranian counterpart Jamileh Sadat Allamahoda said that the newly-emerged women's unity blocks the path for interference of destructive foreign cultures against our cultures and traditions.
Rosario Murillo, wife of President Daniel Ortega, opinion on World Influential Women Congress is a part of the broad international reactions about this initiative, which was the first of its kind in Tehran and gathered the world successful women around the same table to exchange views.
Vice President Murillo in a message addressed to the Iranian First Lady Jamileh Sadat Allamalhoda, who initiated the idea of holding the congress emphasized, "On behalf of the women, families and people of Nicaragua, the president of this country and our government, I salute the Iranian women, youth, families, government and people of the brother Iranian nation in the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially because of the beliefs and the responsible, respectful and conscientious approach towards families, women, and society, which is a part of their culture, ideals and values."
The Nicaraguan official added, "It was a great proud for me to meet Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei and the revered President Ebrahim Raisi, and I am especially appreciating for Iran's successful sponsoring of the 1st World Influential Women Congress, for participating in which I am both glad and proud, and thankful to Dr. Jamileh Sadat Allamalhoda."
First Lady Murillo said, "We are proud that this is an opportunity for women's unity among themselves, to defend the values, defend the families, and defend the societies and their national traditions, which block the path for the destructive invasion of the foreign cultures."
