Tehran, August 12, The Iran Project Former Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Fereidoun Abbasi says Iran's ex-president Ahmadinejad can be a messenger of peace in South America.
Having stressed on finding a way to save the country from the managerial deadlock, former Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Fereidoun Abbasi suggested on Wednesday that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad can work as an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) and be Irans messenger of peace in South American countries.
The government can also provide Ahmadinejad with the staff and resources to use his capacity in the country, Abbasi added.
During Ahmadinejads presidency, Iran strengthened its ties to South American countries, especially Venezuela; in factthe two countries found significant common grounds and the two leadersregarded each other as allies.
