White House fails to confirm Bidens attendance at Netanyahus speech

White House spokesperson Josh Earnest said that US Vice President Joe Biden had not yet scheduled to be present at the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahus address to the US Congress about Irans nuclear program and the threat posed by jihadist terrorists.

The White House has earlier described Boehners invitation and Israeli acceptance ofit as a departure fromprotocol.
Earnest stressed, however, that the US-Israeli relationship is much more important thanthe relationship betweenthe Democratic and Republican parties.
