Tehran, June 28, IRNA - A senior MP said that the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) is set to pursue the case of government vehicles which are still in the possession of former officials.
Davoud Mohammadi said that the Majlis Article 90 Committee will start the investigation, once the government files a complaint, Saturday?s edition of the English-language paper ?Iran Daily? said in its Upside/Downside column.
Mohammadi noted that the committee supervises the performances of the branches of the government.
A section of the media reported that officials of the administration of former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad did not return some 26 vehicles to the government.
