Iran Front Page- IFP has taken a look at the front pages of Iranian newspapers on Saturday and picked headlines from 18 of them. IFP has simply translated the headlines and does not vouch for their accuracy.
Newspapers today covered the US Senates move to impose new sanctions against Iran and the reactions made by Iranian officials.
They also highlighted the release of documents that prove the CIAs role in 1953 coup in Iran, and the remarks made by US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson about a regime change in Iran.
President Hassan Rouhanis remarks in a meeting with journalists also received great coverage. Rouhani harshly attacked hard-line media for using foul language in criticizing his government.
