Tehran, June 4, IRNA � Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei said on Wednesday that despite all plots hatched by enemy over the past 35 years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has emerged triumphant and successful.
?In 35 years passing from its establishment, the Islamic Republic of Iran establishment has been facing the world domineering powers? growing hostility; they also showed military reaction against it; they also showed propaganda reaction; add to it hostile economic reaction; the sanctions started since victory of the Islamic Revolution and have thus far been intensified; they showed political reaction too. The powerful western front did whatever they could against the Islamic Republic, supporting its enemies. Despite all these, the Islamic Republic gained growing progress, without surrendering,? said Ayatollah Khamenei in an address to large groups of people attending the 25th demise anniversary ceremony of the late Imam Khomeini.
Lauding the late Imam Khomeini?s personality, the Supreme Leader said 25 years pass since departure of the Imam but enthusiasm to know more about him has not been diminished.

The Ayatollah said that?s not something solely concerning Iran, but evident in Muslim world and even beyond .

The Paramount Leader said not only in Iran but also in the world of Islam young generations in the age of communications and web, who have easy access to information on remote environments, want to know more about Islamic Revolution and Islamic Republic as well as the architect of the establishment.
