Tehran, May 7, IRNA -- A 3.9-magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale jolted Kish Island in southern Hormuzgan province on Friday night.
According to Hormuzgan Seismography Center affiliated to Tehran University?s Geophysics Institute, the quake happened at 19:30 local time.

No report on probable casualties has been released as yet.
