Tehran, April 9, IRNA - The ninth RoboCup Iran Open Competitions has officially kicked off in Tehran on Wednesday.Several high-ranking Iranian officials including Chairman of the Expediency Council Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani participated in the inauguration ceremony of the contest.
The competition hosts 388 teams from Iran, US, UK, France, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Sweden, The Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, China, Thailand, India, Pakistan, UAE, Canada, Turkey, Colombia, Egypt and Indonesia.
Irans international robocup competition is among the top premier robotic competitions worldwide.
