Rouhani urges Iranian economic activists abroad to invest in Iran

Tehran, Feb 26, IRNA President Hassan Rouhani said in a meeting with some Hormozgan province economic activists residing abroad his government believes economy must be at people and job-creators? service, urging them to make investments in Iran.

?The Prudence and Hope Government is determined to preserve the stability and calmness in the economic field, bazaar, and the internal and international diplomacy,? said President Rouhani.


According to the President?s Office, Rouhani said it was the government?s ideal that the entire Iranians around the globe would spend efforts aimed at the blossoming of the country, arguing that ?Today the government has paved the path for materializing of that objective.?

The president said that making investments, working and creating jobs amid instable conditions is a tough job, saying, ?Making investments and getting involved in economic activities is in need of reliable and correct planning and ability to make reliable predictions and today the government intends to create a predictable economic atmosphere.?

Rouhani said that his government has managed to control the inflation and lower its rate during the past months, saying, ?We believe the experts and technicians that have bright viewpoints must govern the country, and the government must merely play a facilitating role in that effort.?

?The country has opened its arms to embrace the Iranians abroad and we are ready to use their viewpoints in line with the growth and blossoming of the country,? added the president.

He said that the government?s next serious steps will include reaching agreement with the six world powers in line with achieving a final agreement, saying that today the backbone of the sanctions against the Iranian nation is already broken.
