Berlin, Feb 25, IRNA -- A Dutch parliamentary delegation is scheduled to visit Iran soon, Iran?s Ambassador to The Netherlands Kazem Gharib Abadi said Tuesday.
Iran?s chief diplomat in The Hague said the visit by the 10-man Dutch parliamentary group, among them also members of the Dutch foreign affairs committee, would take place sometime after March 20 when the new Iranian year begins.
The trip is aimed at expanding bilateral parliamentary ties, according to Gharib Abadi.
Talks will also focus on state of bilateral relations as well as international situation.
The last visit by a Dutch parliamentary group dates back to 10 years ago.
Iran hast witnessed scores of high-level European delegations visiting the Islamic Republic in recent weeks following the landmark November 24 nuclear deal in Geneva, Switzerland.
