Tehran, Feb 18, IRNA President Hassan Rouhani said on Tuesday Iran attaches special significance to security and stability in Africa.In a meeting with Speaker of Ivory Coasts Parliament Guillaume Kigbafori Soro on the sidelines of the 9th OIC Parliamentary Union session in Tehran, the president said that expansion of relations with Muslim African countries is high on the agenda of Irans foreign policy and Tehran wants more enhanced relations with Ivory Coast.
The Ivorian parliament speaker, for his part, conveyed warm greetings of his countrys president to President Rouhani and voiced Ivory Coasts readiness to promote ties with Iran.
