Tehran, Jan 20, IRNA - Michael Mann, spokesman for the EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, announced Monday that Iran and Group5+1 are due to take action and start implementation of the joint plan of action in the same day.
The move will be made on the basis of the Geneva deal reached between the two sides on November 24, he said.
He further rejected news by certain media saying the EU would decide about removal of the anti-Iran sanctions as soon as it receives report from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Mann made the remarks while talking to Iranian reporters.
As to the time of the implementation of the Geneva deal, he said the agreement is based on taking joint measures in the same day.
According to the joint plan of action or nuclear deal between Iran and the Group5+1- the US, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany- the two sides are to implement the action plan as of January 20.
