Amman, Jan 15, IRNA Foreign Minister of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif left this Jordanian capital for Damascus, Syria, Wednesday morning.
Zarif arrived in Beirut on Monday, on the first leg of his regional tour which later took him to Baghdad and Amman.
During his stay in the three regional countries, the Iranian foreign minister held talks with officials of those states on various issues.
His talks with senior Jordanian officials focused on peaceful settlement of regional crises as well as fight against violence, terrorism and sectarianism.
