TEHRAN, Jan. 6 (MNA) Iran University of Scinece and Technology president has said the university has planned to develop Zafar satellite space model.Dr. Mohammad Saeed Jebel Ameliwho was speaking in his farewell address detailed on the universitys underway projects in technology. currently, the university participate in 7 national-level projects, he added, including developing and manufacturing of Navid-1 and 2 satellites, Navid-2 being set to be launched as Tadbir to space.
He also pointed to Zafar satellite space model as being developed in the university. Zafar will be launched and stationed in GEO orbit, he added.
