Tehran, Jan 4, IRNA Deputy Head of Iran-Sweden Joint Chamber of Commerce Abdolreza Rezaie said on Saturday that investment opportunities and an atmosphere of political stability exist in Iran which encourage Swedish companies to invest in the country.
Rezaie told the joint meeting of the Investment Organization and the Iran-Sweden Joint Chamber of Commerce that the Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act (FIPA) of Iran is more advantageous and lucrative than that of othe regional countries.
He noted that Iran-Sweden Joint Chamber of Commerce is ready to introduce economic potential and investment opportunities to foreign investors.
He said the chamber is prepared to hold an educational seminar in cooperation with the Investment Organization to introduce investment opportunities to foreign investors and members of the chamber.
Meanwhile, Head of the Department of Foreign Investment at Organization of Investment and Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran, Hassan Khodayari, said on Saturday that his Organization is ready to cooperate with Iran-Sweden Chamber of Commerce to fully implement its projects so as to expand commercial, economic and investment relations between the two sides.
