Tehran, Dec 25, IRNA � Iran?s football team is considered the best Asian team in 2013 as it managed to gain the title of the best Asian team once again after 15 years, wrote France Football Weekly Magazine.

Evaluating football teams in different continents and picking the best, the publication has singled out the Iranian football team as the best in Asia, followed by Japanese, Jordan, South Korea and Australia. Saudi Arabia ranked tenth and China 11th.


Some 15 years ago, Iran managed to stand first in Asian Football Confederation ranking after playing in 1998 World Cup, French magazine said.
