Tehran, Dec 25, IRNA Senior lawmaker Hossein Naqavi Hosseini said on Wednesday that Majlis has prepared the blueprint of a plan for 60-percent enrichment to support the Iranian negotiating team in the course of talks with the P5+1.Hosseini, rapporteur of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, said according to the plan the government will be required to do 60-percent enrichment to provide fuel for submarines and other facilities in case anti-Iran sanctions are intensified.
He said that Majlis is gathering signatures for the plan.
As the US Congress acts as a supporter of the countrys government and prepares plans to put Iran under pressure, the Iranian parliament should do the same and support the government, Hosseini said.
The lawmaker said that the plan is meant to support the government so that if the other side refuses to implement Geneva deal or do something contrary to the agreement, it will be obliged to develop nuclear industry.
Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council -- the United States, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany reached a landmark deal on November 24 and are currently discussing ways to implement it.
