Qasr-e Shirin, Kermanshah Prov, Dec 14, IRNA � Deputy governor of this western province told IRNA on Saturday that the number of Iranian engineers and workers killed during the terrorist attack in the Iraqi province of Diyala reached 18.
Nemat Nazparvardeh made the announcement quoting Iraqi officials at the international Khosravi border point.


Iraqi security forces had reported Friday that gunmen killed 16 Iranian gas workers during a terrorist attack in Diyala.

The gunmen, in three cars, attacked the Iranian and Iraqi engineers and workers working on a gas project.

Four were also injured in the attack.
