Tehran, Dec 2, IRNA � Deputy Head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization for Educational and Research Affairs Mohammad-Reza Dehshiri said on Monday that the 9th religious dialogue between Iran and Russian Orthodox Church will be held in September 2014.
Speaking to reporters after a meeting with Dimitry Safonov, Russian official in charge of interreligious contacts, Dehshiri said that thus far, eight rounds of dialogue on religious issues have been held with Russian Orthodox Church.


He said that there are many common grounds on human rights, family and social ethics with Russian people.

Dehshiri said that the two parties are gearing up for compilation of common charter.
