23 pc rise in purchase of Iranian-made goods in China in 8 months

Tehran, Dec 2, IRNA Some 23 percent growth was recorded in purchase of Iranian-made goods in China this year compared to last year, according to a report by Iranian Customs Administration.
In the first eight months of this year (started on March 21), $4.252 billion worth of Iranian-made goods were sold in China, indicating a 23 percent rise compared to the figure for the same period the previous year, the report said.


It added that Iran exported $3.446 billion worth of non-oil commodities to China in the first eight months of this year.

Iraq and the UAE followed China in the list of importing Iranian-made goods in the period under study.

India and Afghanistan were next in the list.

Iran exported $24.605 billion worth of goods in the first eight months, registering a 13 percent decline compared to the figure for the corresponding period last year.
