Dushanbe, Nov 28, IRNA A Russian scholar said on Thursday Iran?s newly-made nuclear deal with the world six powers has faced internartional community with a new reality although it is just the first step towards a comprehensive agreement.
Speaking to IRNA, Director of the Center for Contemporary Iranian Studies Rajab Safarov said the deal could be considered as the most important diplomatic progress over the past decade.
Referring to major points of the nuclear deal, Safarov said while reducing the anti-Iran sanctions, Tehran has succeeded to preserve its right for enrichment in the deal, said the Russian scholar.
He stressed that Russian officials have also believed the deal would have a positive effect on international and regional developments.
