TEHRAN (FNA)- Syrian opposition groups will be able to form a united delegation for the Geneva 2 peace conference, a representative of the Syrian National Coalition and Syrian National Council, Abdulahad Astepho, said on Wednesday.


The National Coalition already unites different groups with their own political programs and aims, he told RIA Novosti.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told Itar-Tass on Wednesday that Moscow has had talks with several groups of Syria's opposition, and they have expressed their intention to arrive in the Russian capital ahead of the Geneva 2 international conference.
