TEHRAN, Nov. 27 (MNA) � Iran defeated Chinese Taipei at the 2013 IWBF Asia Oceania Championships in Bangkok, Thailand on Tuesday.
Iran wheelchair basketball team defeated Malaysia 83 � 37 in Pool A. The Persians, who have already defeated Japan, Malaysia and China in the pool, will face Kuwait in the semi-final on Wednesday.

The top three teams will qualify for the 2014 IWBF World Championships to be held in Goyang City, South Korea from 1-12 July.


Pool B also consists of Australia, South Korea, Kuwait, New Zealand and Thailand.
