Geneva, Nov 7, IRNA Irans Deputy Foreign Minister for Euro-American Affairs Majid Takht-e Ravanchiand his British counterpart Simon Gass held talks here at the United Nations Office.Gass is the UK representative in 5+1- the US, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany.
The new round of talks between Iran and representatives of the group of sextet will be held shortly. The talks will last for two days.
The Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton met and conferred ahead of the nuclear talks this morning.
Zarif also held talks with UN-Arab League special envoy for Syria Lakhdar Brahimi.
