TEHRAN (FNA)- Pakistans former president Pervez Musharraf was freed from house arrest after a court granted him bail on Monday.
Local media say the former military leader can now travel freely around the country, although he is prohibited from going abroad pending several criminal cases against him, Voice of Russia reported.
One of the charges implicates Musharraf in a 2007 cleric killing in Islamabad during a police operation.
