Tehran, Nov 6, IRNA - FIFA President Sepp Blatter arrived here Wednesday morning to attend the second International Congress on Science and Football.
During his stay, Blatter will meet with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Thursday.

Before leaving Zurich for Tehran, Blatter had said that meeting President Rouhani would be an honor for him.
