Tehran, Nov 3, IRNA � Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatllah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said the Iranian university students were pretty much ahead of world in labeling the US embassy in Tehran as den of espionage.
The ayatollah made the remarks here Sunday in a meeting with thousands of university and school students on the occasion of November 4 (Aban 13 according to Iranian calendar) which marks the national day to fight global arrogance.

Ayatollah Khamenei said while three decades ago Iranian students labeled the US embassy in Tehran as den of espionage, the US embassies are currently labeled the same in other parts of the globe even in countries close to America.

Aban 13 rallies which mark the anniversary of the US embassy takeover by Iranian students in 1980 indicate the hatred of the Iranian nation towards the unjust approach of the arrogant powers.
