Tehran, Oct 23, IRNA Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade said on Wednesday that the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to export technical and engineering services to Ghana.Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh made the remarks in a meeting with Ghanaian Parliament Speaker Edward Doe Ajaho who is on a visit to Tehran.
Iran has a lot of experience in mineral explorations and is ready to share them with friendly countries, Nematzadeh said.
Referring to existing grounds for joint investments, he called for setting up a joint economic commission to further trade ties.
The Iranian minister voiced Irans readiness to dispatch expert groups to Ghana to explore ways to enhance cooperation in different areas.
He said that auto and heavy machinery industries are another potential fields for cooperation between the two countries.
Nematzadeh noted that Western-led sanctions on Iran have failed to hinder economic development of the country, so that Iranian cooperation with other countries is growing every day.
The Ghanaian parliament speaker, for his part, pledged to make the necessary preparations for establishment of Tehran-Accra joint economic commission.
Ajaho called on Iran to share experiences with Ghana in different areas such as industry, heath and agriculture.
Meanwhile, he reiterated that Accra supports Irans rights to develop nuclear technology for peaceful purposes.
