Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announces of the production of new Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) "Shahed 129" with missile capability.
Speaking at a press conference here in Tehran on Sunday, Chief Commander of the IRGC Mohammad Ali Jafari pointed to Iran's latest achievement in the area of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) production, and stated that with its 24-hour-long non-stop flight capability, Shahed 129 can accomplish good missions in reconnaissance and combat fields.
Mohammad Ali Jafari added that Shahed 129 can hit and destroy targets from a far distance with its Sadid (Iron-Strong) missiles.
In response to an AFP reporter's question about Israeli military threats against Iran, IRGC Chief Commander said "I believe that Zionist regime comes to the end of the line since we see the authority of the Islamic system and the development of Islamic awakening in the world." Israelis want to increase their political pressures against Iran through these military threats, he added.
But they will not be succeeded by these threats and pressures because IRGC's missile power is now very high and can stand against any threat, Jafari stressed.
He also said any Israeli threats against Iran certainly bring a lot of damage to them and it is unlikely that the Zionist regimewill embark on such a dangerous act.
In addition, army adviser to Tehrans supreme leader Khamenei said on Friday that Lebanese group would hit back against any Israeli strike on Iran.
