TEHRAN Oct 07 (Shana): Akbar Nematollahi who was in charge of public relations department of petroleum ministry during Zanganehs stint as minister of petroleum from 1997-2005 retook the post under a decree issued today by Zanganeh.In his decree, Bijan Zanganeh stated: with regard to your expertise, commitment and valuable experiences, you are being appointed as director general of public relations department.
In a separate letter, Zanganeh thanked Eshaq Royvar's services during his tenure as the manager of public relations department.
