Thousands of Houthi protesters have taken to the streets of the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, to condemn the US and Israeli policies toward the Arab country.
The protesters, who held the rally after Friday prayers, denounced the United States and Israel for what they called meddling in Yemeni affairs.
The protesters also expressed their opposition to the Yemeni government and accused it of not fulfilling its duty to provide security in the country.
The demonstrators say the government is concealing the facts about a recent wave of violence against the Yemeni army.
Scores of Yemeni soldiers have lost their lives in several attacks over the past two weeks.
No group has claimed responsibility for the violence, but al-Qaeda and its affiliates are usually the prime suspects in such attacks.
