Tehran, Sept 25, IRNA � International Organization for Migration (IOM), in collaboration with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, will organize a two-day workshop on �Enhancing Institutional Knowledge of Migration and Development Issues� in Shiraz, capital of Fars Province, on October 2-3, 2013.
The aim of the workshop, which will be attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Interior, will be to enhance participants� understanding of how to mainstream migration into development planning.

The event - which has been developed in line with the preceding workshops � is funded by the government of Japan, a press release issued by the UN Information Center (UNIC) said Wednesday.
