Receiving message from Damascus
In response to a question about Iran’s Foreign Minister’s special envoy on Syria's affairs, he said, “Iran’s position concerning Syria is unchangeable.”
The Syrian people’s fate must be determined by the Syrian people themselves, without any destructive foreign interference, he stressed.
As a stable country in West Asia, Iran takes advantage of every opportunity to secure national interests and regional stability, he added, emphasizing that Iran does not allow third parties to disrupt its good neighborliness.
Murder of Iranian nationals in France and Sweden
Tehran will use any means necessary to ensure the rights of Iranian expatriates, he said urging French officials to provide more detailed information about the nature of the crime.
In response to a question about the killing of an Iranian citizen in Sweden, he urged Swedish officials to provide the necessary information and said Iran is ready to help with judicial investigations and punish the assailants.
