The Iran Project : Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has traveled to Pakistan for negotiations on bilateral and regional issues.
According to The Iran Project, speaking to reporters upon his arrival in Islamabad on Monday night, Araqchi said he is visiting Pakistan in the final leg of a regional tour that took him to several countries during the past weeks.
“The relations between Iran and Pakistan are specific,” he said, hailing the age-old, close, and constant ties between the two neighbors that are coupled with extensive political, economic, cultural and popular interaction.
On the subjects to be discussed in the visit to Pakistan, Araqchi said he will hold consultations on regional issues, the threats posed by the Zionist regime, the crisis caused by Israeli crimes, and the joint efforts to deal with them.
The Iranian foreign minister noted that the issues pertaining to the bilateral relations will be reviewed as well.
