The Iran Project : TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran defeated South Korea 3-0 (25-12, 25-18, 25-22) on Tuesday in the 2024 Asian Men's U-20 Volleyball Championship final.
According to The Iran Project, Iran won the title for the eighth time.
Iran had previously defeated China, Chinese Taipei, Qatar, Kazakhstan, South Korea and Indonesia in the competition.
The 22nd edition of the Asian Men's U-20 Volleyball Championship, a biennial international tournament organized by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) and the Indonesian Volleyball Federation (PBVSI), took place in Surabaya, Indonesia, from July 23 to 30.
The competitions served as Asia’s qualification tournament for the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men’s U-21 World Championship. The top four teams of the tournament qualified for the 2025 World Championship as the AVC representatives.
