Explosion in Iran’s cosmetics factory leaves 53 injured
Hossein Ashouri stated that this incident was reported to the Fardis Fire Department around 15:30 today, and rescue teams were immediately dispatched to the place.
The total number of injured transferred to medical centers by rescuers is reported 24, Ashouri added.
Reportedly, some of the wounded in this incident are in critical condition.
The factory’s fire blast was caused by a gas solution, and the firefighters are trying to fully control it, he noted.

Fardis is a city in the Central District of Fardis County, Alborz province, Iran, and serves as capital of both the district and the county.
