: Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has highlighted the necessity of “jihad of clarification” to neutralize the enemies’ plots.

Supreme Leader calls for ‘jihad of clarification’
The meeting was held on the occasion of national Women’s Day, which marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)’s daughter Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (AS).
“Among the prominent and distinguished characteristics of Fatemeh Zahra (AS) is her jihad of clarification,” the Supreme Leader said.
He described the late Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Revolution, as the greatest performer of jihad of clarification in the contemporary era, saying that Imam Khomeini managed to overthrow the corrupt Pahlavi dynasty and establish a religious democratic government through jihad of clarification.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Khamenei paid homage to Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, Iran’s top anti-terror commander who was assassinated by the US military on January 3, 2020.
Ayatollah Khamenei also said people have the national duty to participate in the elections, warning that anyone who opposes the polls is opposing the Islamic Republic and Islam.
“Some individuals do not want these elections to be conducted as this nation deserves. They try to demoralize people, make people distrustful, claim that elections have no impact,” he said.
The Supreme Leader further condemned “hostile” attempts to undermine the nation’s role in the country’s management.
He hastened to add that jihad of clarification must be performed to counter those efforts and clarify the truth.
He also referred to the Zionist regime’s war on the Gaza Strip, saying, “The border of the Islamic world is in Gaza today. The pulse of the Islamic world beats in Gaza today.”
According to Ayatollah Khamenei, the people of Gaza are standing up to the United States and global arrogance and tyranny.
