The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Saeed Khatibzadeh said the US President Joe Biden should stop repeating the�maximum defeat suffered by his predecessor Donald Trump by effectively and verifiably lifting sanctions.






Khatibzadeh tweeted on Friday that "the selective removal of names from the list of those sanctioned is neither relevant to the JCPOA talks nor seen as a message of goodwill, especially when it is accompanied by the renewal of economic terrorism."

He expressed that instead of following Trump, Biden must stop his maximum defeat by effectively and verifiably lifting sanctions.
