IRNA - Foreign Minister and Lecturer of Faculty of International Studies affiliated to Tehran University Mohammad Javad Zarif on Monday said that the international relations have witnessed changes, noting the failure of US anti-Iran resolution in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is the result of the changes.

He delivered a lecture on 'End of Hegemony' in the context of a series of online lectures with the theme of "The World in Transition" that was broadcast via the account of Tehran University�s Faculty of World Studies on Instagram social networking service.
