Financial Tribune - The growth in overall Consumer Price Index in the 12th month of the last Iranian year (Feb. 20-March 19) was the highest (2.7%) in Khorasan Razavi and Hamedan provinces compared with the month before.
This comes as, according to data released by the Statistical Center of Iran, Kohgilouyeh-Boyerahmad Province posted the lowest month-on-month inflation of 0.5% last month.
The overall CPI, using the Iranian year to March 2017 as the base year, stood at 200.5 in the same month, indicating a 1.5% rise compared with the previous month.
Hormozgan Provinces goods and services consumer inflation registered a rise of 29.8% during the month ending March 19 compared with the similar month of the year before, the highest among all provinces.
