TEHRAN, Jun. 30 (MNA) Members of the Combatant Clergy Association were scheduled to meet with Irans newly elected president Hassan Rohani on Saturday to announce their support for him and congratulate him on his election, according to Hojjatoleslam Reza Taqavi.As the supreme leader has called for supporting the president, it is incumbent on us to back the elected president, he said in an interview with the Tasnim News Agency.
Hassan Rohani is a prominent member of the association.
