MNA Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Tajik counterpart Sirodjidin Muhriddin met and held talks on Saturday in Tehran.
The two sides have reportedly discussed the status of bilateral relations and ways to boost cooperation in different fields while also exchanging views on regional and international developments.
Heading a high-ranking delegation, Muhriddin arrived in Tehran on Friday evening. Late on Friday, he held a meeting with Iranian Energy Minister Reza Ardakanian to discuss energy cooperation between the two countries.
