IRNA � Iranian Chess player Parham Maghsudlou defeated Swedish player in the third round of the Sigeman & Co Chess Tournament underway in Malm�, Sweden.

After defeating the Swedish rival Maghsudlou earned 1.5 points.

Indian and British players with two points are now on top of the list at the third round.

The Sigeman & Co Chess Tournament will be underway until May 9.

Earlier Maghsudlou ranked first at FIDE World Junior Chess Championship 2018 which was held in Kocaeli - Gebze, Turkey.

Parham Maghsoodloo is an Iranian chess grandmaster. He was Iranian Chess Champion in 2017.
