IRNA Iraq Electricity Minister said that Iraqi National Electricity Company is to hold talks with an Iranian company called 'Sanir' to finalize Al-Debes new gas power plant in Kirkuk.
Luay al-Khatteeb in a statement announced that during his recent trip to Kirkuk, he ordered Iraqi national electricity company to finalize Al-Debes project with the capacity of 320MW.
According to the statement, 65 percent of the project had been finalized earlier.
