IRNA - Iran exported over 2.5 million tons of steel products during the first 11 months of the last Persian Year (March 21, 2018, February 19, 2019), showing a 90% rise in comparison to the same period the year before, Iran Steel Producers Association said.


'This shows a rise of 90% as this last year 2.612 million tons of steel were exported,� according to the association.

Iranian steel mills produced a total of 4.24 million tons of crude steel during the first two months of 2019, up 7.6% compared with the corresponding period of 2018, IMIDRO said, citing the latest report released by the World Steel Association.
