IRNA � Commander of Brigade 71 of the Army Brigadier Kiumars Jafari said on Monday that various divisions of the Iranian army were deployed to different flood-hit regions in the city of Sare-polezahab to conduct rescue operations in the massive flood.

Speaking to IRNA, he said army forces equipped with mechanical instruments have been deployed in different locations to help people.

A massive downpour has hit different provinces in Iran leading to huge humanitarian loses as well as properties.
