IRNA � Iran's First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri urged the world community to deplete resources of aversion, aggression, extremism and racism.

In a message on Saturday on the yesterday terrorist attack on two mosques in a New Zealand city, he stressed the need for the world to change attitudes and undertake universal measures beyond what has already been achieved to uproot hatred, extremism and racism in all its forms.

Mass shootings by an Australian terrorist at two mosques in southern New Zealand city of Christchurch on March 15 killed at least 50 and wounded 48 others.

Condemning such brutal terrorist attacks that killed innocent Muslims, Jahangiri said it was another warning to the world about the threat and tragic effect of racial terrorism.

The New Zealand terrorist act proved that the organized extremism sees no border and recognizes no religion, no women, no men and no land, he added.

The vice-president further said it is not enough to just condemn the New Zealand attack, it needs a determination worldwide beyond what has already been shown.

Those who have theory about aggression and extremism as well as those countries which are spreading out aversion against Muslims and adopting racial criteria should see themselves responsible for expansion of such inhuman acts, he said.

In his message, Jahangiri called on the world to counter terrorism without discrimination, because otherwise such an uncontrollable threat will make the world face unpredicted outcomes.

At the end of the message, Jahangiri expressed sympathy with the families of the victims of the New Zealand shootings and extended condolences to the Muslim world and the human society over the sad event.
