IRNA � US President Donald Trump has deprived the Iranian patients of medicine and those doing so are war criminals, said managing director of Iranian Comprehensive Hemophilia Care Centre (ICHCC) .

Addressing a meeting on impacts of sanctions on health care, Ahmad Qavidel said that sanction is a war but it lacks any regulations.

�Even sanctions should have regulations so that the public will not get damaged,� he said.

Currently, it is the US which has sanctioned Iran and the Americans are lying when they say medicine is not subject to sanctions, he said, noting that they should be accountable for that.

�If we could not buy medicine from the relevant channel, we will be obliged to purchase low-quality medicine,� he said.

Legal experts should help work out regulations for the sanctions, Qavidel said.
