IRNA - The enemy has waged war against Iran through media and its most important tool to achieve its sinister goals is cyberspace, Iran's commander of the Army Air Force said on Tuesday.

In a meeting with a number of army media officials, brigadier general Aziz Nasirzadeh said, 'Today, the enemy is fighting the Islamic Republic [of Iran] using media and cyberspace is one of its most important tools.'

Nasirzadeh said familiarity with the audiences' taste is crucial for cultural planning and pointed out that in order to increase the effect of the cultural affairs in the army, alongside skilled forces, commanders should support the issues with a cultural look.

He noted during 40 years of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the Army Air Force, with the efforts of its skilled and dedicated staff, has fulfilled impressive achievements, many of which should be presented to the society through media.
